BigO presented at JRC’s Marketplace for Best practices in Ispra, Italy
Assistant Professor Ioannis Ioakeimidis (KI) and Professor Anastasios Delopoulos (AUTH) were invited to present in JRC’s Marketplace for Best practices in Ispra, Italy at May 14-15, 2019, focusing on behavioural analysis of eating and physical activity behaviours at schools. During the 2 day event, the two representatives had the possibility to present current advances in automated behavioural measurements across different research projects. The presentations concerned the outcomes of the SPLENDID project and advances in the BigO project, mainly focusing on the methodological aspects of the School-based deployments across different countries. The presentations were attended by experts and policy makers of Health Ministries from more than 10 countries in the European region interested in the deployment of “best healthcare and research practices” in their countries.
