BigO presented at the Stockholm’s Food Sustainability Network

On the 23th of January, the Karolinska Institutet held a poster presentation on the BigO project during the matchmaking event for Stockholm’s Food Sustainability Network.  This event was coordinated by KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

The workshop included Swedish food enterprises and start-ups, public health authorities, policy makers and scientific personnel. All of these parties were relevant to the whole food chain, from production to food consumption.
