Anastasios Delopoulos from AUTH and Sarah Browne from TSCUH and RCSI travelled to Porto, Portugal for the 28nd European Childhood Obesity Group congress. This annual meeting attracts European-wide clinicians and academics working directly with children who are overweight or have obesity. Anastasios introduced the audience to the BigO project whereas Sarah presented a poster on the BigO clinical feasibility study. Both presentations were well received by the audience, particularly by those interested in advancing the use of technology as an adjunct to traditional treatments in childhood obesity clinics.
