Hong-Ngoc Tran
Hong-Ngoc Tran is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Insight Centre for Data Analytics at the University College Dublin (UCD), Dublin, Ireland. She obtained a Bachelor degree in Information Technology and a Master degree in Computer Science from the University of Science, Vietnamese National University - Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), Vietnam. She received a Ph.D. diploma in Computer Science from the University of Insubria, Varese, Italy. She worked as a lecturer for University of Science, VNU-HCM, and Vietnamese German University in Vietnam. She visited different labs to serve her research works, that is, National Institute of Informatics (NII), Tokyo, Japan; LAAS-CNRS, Toulouse, France; and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore. Moreover, she was a scholar of a scholar exchange program at Portland State University (PSU), Portland, Oregon, USA. She has been PC member and chairs of several conferences in machine learning, AI, security and privacy. Her research interests include applied-cryptography, security and privacy preservation in social networks, mobile networks, web service composition, cloud, and data mining. Within this project she is a BigO developer at UCD side.
