Klearchos Panousis graduated from the Physical Education & Sport Science Department, University of Athens, specializing as a basketball trainer. His postgraduate studies are in the field of Maximizing Athletic Performance at the Democritus University.
He has participated in research projects for the publication of a training methodology manual, under the Leonardo da Vinci Project: "Training for life" as well as research on the manufacture of the "Altius" measuring garment, which gives information and data on the athlete's vital functions during exercise at real time.
From 1997, he works as a physical education teacher in Ellinogermaniki Agogi, and in 2005 he undertook the management of the Sports Department of the school. From 2009 to 2015 he was Deputy Director of the Primary School of Ellinogermaniki Agogi, and from 2015 till now, he works at the Sports Department again.
